Limmud is an exciting festival of Jewish learning, culture and creativity. The Limmud community is committed to a unique combination of principles and values including learning, volunteerism, diversity and respect. Those principles attract people from across the Jewish spectrum. One of the key messages of Limmud is that everyone should be a student and anyone can be a teacher.
Founded in the UK in 1980, Limmud is now a global phenomenon, with events held in over 70 cities annually. In 2013, more than 30,000 people participated in these events.
